Made Apple and Raspberry pie earlier today. It tasted amazing.

I want to eventually make the process into being a vegan so I would have to change this recipe a little in the future.

Anyway what I used was:
  • Shortcrust pastry
  • Apple and Raspberry puree 
  • Maple syrup
  • Whipped cream
  • and mixed frozen berries.
Quite simple to make, so I recommend people try and make it if they like fruit pies. The rose with the leaf was the hardest part, trying to hold that together while letting it bake in the oven was a bit difficult but easily manageable.
