Fitness

Developed a bit of a routine, and managing to STICK TO IT! aha. For the last week and a half I've been starting to get back into walking and running. Only doing small amounts at the moment but I'm already feeling the effects. I feel so much better! I don't feel lethargic and tired all the time, my skin is improving a little. I think If I keep up with this and change the way I eat ( cut out all the nasties) I'll be feeling even better, like how I should be feeling and looking. Its exciting in a way.
